The 14, 7, 5, and 3.5 balls have seams with a similar feel to a baseball engraved onto them. These balls are popular with pitchers for velocity development and they are excellent for pregame warm-up. Each set comes with a convenient carrying case. This set is excellent for pitching velocity training. Excellent for pre-game warm-up for all baseball players. May be used for hitting drills and are designed for indoor or outdoor use. Excellent for training in small spaces as they are designed to be thrown against a wall with a smooth surface. A throwing program is not included.
